Trip # 87 Stops: |
![]() Me in the galley of a DC8 in Toronto, Canada 8/15/75 We had a horrible delay and were on the ground for many hours WITH passengers on board. There were several TIA planes using this as a hub that day We removed the emergency windows for air! |
We did a full meal service ON THE GROUND. We put our trash out on the tarmac and then they moved the plane and we lost our trash cans... This is the day that Capt. Norm Moonitz gunned his DC8 on the taxie way .... perhaps showing off (Norm?) and tossed over a "cherry picker" truck which perplexed the Toronto Airport ground crew as to how to get it back on it's wheels. |
